Plenty of Cambridge clients find us the same way: they get tired of paying Harvard Square prices and circling Huron Village for twenty minutes first. Robert’s Salon and Spa sits at 66 Leonard Street in Belmont Center, at the far end of Concord Avenue — seven or eight minutes from Fresh Pond, about twelve from Harvard Square, and a direct bus ride from either.
For more than 30 years we have built the business on color: dimensional foil highlights, single-process shades, gray blending that grows out softly, and corrections that fix what happened somewhere else. Cuts, blowouts, smoothing treatments and spa services round out the menu, so the whole visit happens in one place.
— Concord Avenue west straight into Belmont Center. Seven to nine minutes, and the most direct route there is.
— Huron Avenue to Concord Avenue and continue west. About eight minutes.
— Brattle Street to Concord Avenue, or Garden Street to Huron. Roughly twelve minutes off-peak.
— out Massachusetts Avenue to Alewife Brook Parkway, then Concord Avenue west. About twelve minutes.
— metered spaces on Leonard Street directly outside the salon, with no resident-sticker restriction to navigate.
— public parking a short walk from the salon in Belmont Center.
— the 74 runs Harvard Station to Belmont Center via Concord Avenue and the 75 runs the same trip via Huron Avenue. Both end at Belmont Center. The 74 is weekday service only, so check the schedule for a Saturday appointment.
— Porter and Belmont Center are one stop apart on the Fitchburg Line, about five minutes.
— Belmont Center station is not wheelchair accessible. Clients who need step-free access should drive, and we will help sort out parking if you call ahead.
